We will set up a staging server where we will deploy the latest work. You will receive weekly updates, allowing you to review the work and provide feedback. This ensures that all tasks are completed to your satisfaction before being pushed to the live environment.

Our developers undergo an initial training period specific to your unique system, ensuring they are prepared for any future tasks. This helps us ensure that our team is ready to tackle any tasks quickly and effectively.

We have extensive experience in supporting e-commerce clients. This includes tasks like updating reports, fixing issues, and making improvements. We also handle more complex developments such as integrating new payment methods like Stripe.

While our primary expertise is in PHP and NodeJS, we can assist with referrals and coordination for technologies like Magento and SAP through our network of preferred consultants and vendors.

Payments are typically on net 7 terms. We prefer Swift Wire Transfer, ACH Bank Transfers from your business account, and you will only need to cover the fees on your end. Please inform us once the transaction is initiated and provide the receipt for confirmation.

If you face any issues with payments, you can inform us, and we can adjust the non-paid period with the advance amount. However, if the payment is delayed by more than 10 days, we may need to pause work until the payment is settled.

You can cancel your subscription with a 30-day notice period. Any unused hours within the current billing cycle will not be refunded, but you can continue to use our services until the end of the notice period. If you decide to re-subscribe in the future, we will ensure a smooth transition and reactivation of services.

We provide clear and detailed invoices and expect payment within the first seven days of each month. Our billing process is transparent, and we keep you informed about the costs and any additional fees upfront. Additionally, we can customize our invoices to meet your specific requirements to ensure ease and clarity in your accounting processes.

Our invoices include detailed categorization of work under Research and Development (R&D) and Operational categories. This helps you properly categorize expenses for tax purposes and ensures compliance with US Tax Code Section 174. We provide clear documentation to support your tax filings and assist in handling tax matters effectively.
